§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and rentals made through the website https://palmviewdubai.com.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

By booking an apartment, a rental agreement is established between the guest and the operator.
The booking is only binding after written confirmation via email.

§3 Payment and Deposit

The full payment is made according to the booking confirmation.
The operator may require a deposit, which will be refunded after departure, provided no damages occur.

§4 Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Deviations are only possible after prior arrangement.

§5 Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
After that, a fee of up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.

§6 Liability

The operator is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings of the guest.
The use of the accommodation is at the guest's own risk.

§7 Data Protection

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§8 Applicable Law

The law of the United Arab Emirates applies.
Jurisdiction is Dubai.
